We've made it easy to access the Summer Place forms you'll need for registration.  Our brochure and forms are in PDF format and will open in a separate window using Adobe Acrobat, where you can either print the form immediately or save it to your computer for future printing.  (If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, please click here to download.)

To register by mail or fax, just click on the appropriate form from the drop-down menu and print.

To use our online registration secure site area, just click the Register Online button on the Registration dropdown menu.  This will open a new resizable window on your screen.  If registering for the Summer Place program, you will need to refer to the course worksheets, which list the schedule of classes. We suggest either printing out the appropriate course worksheets, Session I - June 30 – July 11, Session II - July 14 – July 25, or Session III - July 28 – August 8, or keeping the Course Worksheet window open. Complete, detailed instructions are provided in the online registration area.  Please note - online registration requires that your browser be either Microsoft Internet Explorer or Firefox 2.0 or above (click here to update your Firefox browser.)
