Off-Campus Trips

Each session we plan a different off-campus trip that relates to the exciting activities going on in the Kinderplace classroom. Whether the campers are taking a hayride at the 4-H farm, climbing aboard a clipper ship at Kid City, or blasting soap bubbles at The Children’s Museum, every Kinderplace journey is fun, exciting, and informative. In addition to the main field trips, we also plan excursions to the West Hartford Public Library for story hour and to Jonathan’s Dream at the Jewish Community Center to enjoy the playscape. Transportation for all off-campus trips is provided by the University of Hartford shuttle bus.
