Fun, creativity, and challenge are all part of the extensive Summer Place enrichment program. Courses take place in the classrooms, art studios, computer labs, kitchen, television studio, and theaters of the University of Hartford. The schedule of courses is provided on the course worksheets. Please refer to

the worksheet for the appropriate session when completing the registration form. First and second graders choose from a variety of course packages, each consisting of two paired courses. Third and fourth graders and fifth through ninth graders make their selections from the variety of courses offered in each of their two enrichment periods. Please note that several courses for fifth through ninth graders are offered as double-period (all afternoon) classes. Course descriptions, viewed using the dropdown menu above, are listed alphabetically and according to category. Note that with the exception of SummerSkills, campers may not participate in the same enrichment course more than once, whether it is in the same session or in subsequent sessions attended.
