Bakery Delights      Grades 3–4
Take a delicious trip with bakery delights from around the world. Guaranteed hands-on baking fun is at your fingertips as we prepare such delectable goodies as American apple crisp, English muffin bread, Italian dessert pizza, and other mouth-watering treats. So get your culinary passport ready and become your family’s favorite baker!

Breakfast is Served      Grades 1–2
Join us as we whip up the “most important meal of the day.” We’ll work on mastering some basic kitchen skills as we prepare a variety of breakfast dishes, like banana chocolate chip muffins, blueberry pancakes, double cinnamon French toast, and luscious fruit smoothies. What a way to start the day!
Cupcakes Take the Cake      Grades 3-9
Create imaginative and adorable cupcakes that are sure to take the cake! From lemonade cupcakes complete with a straw and slice of lemon, to beach scene cupcakes decorated with “sand” and a beach ball, you will learn how to bake and decorate like the pros. Mouthwatering flavors like Cookies ‘n’ Cream and S’mores, combined with fantastic decorations, will make your cupcakes look as good as they taste!

Dinner's On!      Grades 5-9 (double-period class)
Ever wonder what hidden culinary talents you might have? Find out what it takes to cook up a great dinner. We’ll begin with appetizers, salads, and soup, and continue with main entrées, like lasagna, pizza, and quesadillas, then top them off perfectly with a delicious dessert. You’ll walk away from this class with a cookbook full of mouth-watering new recipes that are sure to impress your family and friends.


Food for Thought     New!     Grades 5-9
Learn how changing a few simple ingredients can make your favorite foods healthier without changing the taste. Whether it is substituting ingredients or adding an extra healthy food to your recipe, you’ll prepare dishes that not only taste great, but are also good for you. Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too?

Fun Food      Grades 1–2
Create irresistible treats in this fun cooking class. Paint a cookie, bake snowballs, and make church mice and spider cupcakes cute enough to eat. How about dessert nachos or fruit pizza? You will have as much fun making these delicious treats as you will have eating them.

Just Desserts     New!     Grades 5-9
Bake up mouth-watering treats in this class that is "just" about desserts! From delicious cookies and homemade cakes, to delicate cream puff swans and scrumptious bite-size bars, you will not only satisfy your sweet tooth, but learn the art of baking and presenting your creations.

Let’s Do Lunch!      Grades 1–4
Say 'goodbye' to PB&J and 'hello' to homemade pizza, quesadillas, and sesame noodles. How about a fruity salad, grilled sandwiches, or smoothies? Think outside the "lunchbox" in this cooking class designed to stir up that midday meal.

Literature for Lunch     New!     Grades 1-2
Calling all cuisine connoisseurs! Do you have an appetite for reading? Explore your taste buds in a whole new way and never hear, "Don’t play with your food!" Each day, we will take a bite out of literature by reading a book featuring a food, creating, then eating our scrumptious-looking work of art. Come tickle your taste buds! THIS IS A NUT-FREE CLASS

Melting Pot      Grades 5–9
Travel on a culinary journey as you create some of the world’s most delectable and infamous cuisine. Your taste buds will go wild after sautéing a Spanish Tortilla or blending a Costa Rican "Batido" of fresh tropical fruits. Enjoy French crepes and Italian Pasta and learn to roll vegetarian sushi just like your favorite Japanese restaurant. The tastes of the world await you!
