Each session, organizers plan an off-campus trip that encourages campers to step outside of their comfort zones and open themselves up to new and varied experiences. In past summers, campers went dragon boating on the Connecticut River, hiking to Heublein Tower, and climbing at Riverfront Adventure challenge course. The tentative 2016 schedule includes a trip to Six Flags New England during Session I, a trip to Hammonaset State Park beach in Session II, and a visit to Brownstone Quarry in Portland during Session III. (Please note that these are subject to change.) In addition, trips are planned for high- and low-ropes activities and numerous off-campus community service projects.
