The Summer Place Leaders in Training program (SPLIT) meets at the Gengras Student Union on the University of Hartford campus. Although the student union serves as their main hub, campers have access to and utilize most of the University, including the Sports Center pool and athletic fields, the ropes course, Magnet School, and various classrooms on campus.
