At Summer Place Leaders in Training, we learn by doing. Campers train in challenge ropes course facilitation and technical climbing skills, participate  in workshops focusing on leadership development,  team building, and self-discovery, and gain hands-on experience working with Kinderplace and Li’l Place   (our youngest Summer Place campers). Campers  leave the program with a greater sense of responsibility and competency, a strong work ethic, and more confidence in their decision-making and problem- solving skills.
