Faculty and Staff

Joe Dutsar will return for his fourth season as Director of the SPLIT program. He is a high school teacher and varsity coach with over 20 years of Summer Place experience. He will be assisted by Joe Groves, who is an instructor at Central Connecticut State University and runs a variety of adventure-based programs. In addition, college-age counselors are assigned who have experience working with older campers. Rounding out the staff is an on-site registered nurse and physician-on-call.
